Head of Women in Tech Project

As Co-Founder and Head of the Women in Tech project, my team and I are excited to organize the FemTech 2025 Conference. We chose this theme because we see the clear, global impact of Belarusians in the FemTech sector. This event not only highlights the rapid growth of the Women's Health sector but also underscores the crucial role women play in shaping this market.

At Women in Tech, we’re focused on creating opportunities for Belarusian women in IT, because we believe that employment is more than just landing a job — it’s about building careers, businesses, and creating products that will define the future. The FemTech market, without a doubt, cannot thrive without the contributions of women. As the industry continues to grow, we’re here to support the entrepreneurial drive of Belarusian women and help them make their mark on the tech world.
